No, your limitation for 0WS on Ram is only your modules (assuming that the board works fine).
Other options maybe more important for performance. Like "AT clock select".
Now I have done many videos on this M326 M/B. Including a review optimization one here:

Then on a later video I also used an award bios like yours.
I also unlocked bios options so even better performance.

Amazing project! Any chance of producing 45ns or 40ns modules with parity? I'm running a FX-3000 motherboard with 386DX overclocked to 50mhz, and 60ns modules are capped at 1 WS. The mobo seems to require parity.

Builds:

  • ECS FX-3000; 386DX-40@50; ET4000AX, ISA 1mb
  • Acer VI9; 486DLC-40; Mach32, VLB 2mb
  • Chicony CH-471A; CX486s-40; Mach32, VLB 2mb
  • Gateway 2000 P5-60; Pentium-60@66; S3 928, PCI 3mb
  • DTK PKM-0033S; AM5x86-133@160

Thank you, I have no plans right now for <50ns modules with parity.
I can make something like that, but it is always about availability of chips in a reasonable cost.
Even my 1 MB 45ns modules (no parity) are now out of stock.
