Do a search for Snark Barker on Google, that project has one on the github page.

Those volume knobs are not the correct size. I am having a hard time believing no one has made this

Those knobs are the exact correct size for a SB 1.5

The .zip file attached in this thread seems to be the right size for a CT1740 / CT1600, I haven't seen it uploaded anywhere else: Re: Anyone make a 3d printed volume wheel for the older sound blaster cards yet?

tried it but will not work because the back side is not the same where it attaches to the pot.
okay, I'll make a model of the wheel from my CT1600 and post it up on thingiverse. I see what you mean I think, the underside is inset where the pot fits and the wheel sits over it somewhat when it's installed, instead of just on top of it.

Thank would be awesome !
Thanks alot will print it right away
Here's a version that I've modified to fit the CT1600 / CT1740, it turns out the potentiometer has a slightly larger cam at the top compared to the CT1320.
My CT1600 has a 5mm/4.5mm x m1.6 screw in there, which works with this design too.
I hope it works for you 😀
My test prints are printed at 0.1mm layer height using PETG with the 0.4mm nozzle, so you can print this without any special settings or smaller nozzle.
