I'd never altered any of the dip switches and the system came configured with the 200MHz PPro and worked fine like that for a number of years (it was my go-to Dos/Win98 machine for a long time). So I don't have any reason to suspect it is mis-configured or anything like that.
It's not been powered on for ~18 months or more, so whether it still works is another matter! 😁

I don't know if it's just unwashed flux, but it looks to me like there's something sticky on the PCB, particularly around the MAX492 (R13 looks covered in something) and to the left of that big ceramic capacitor C3. They're not bulging, but maybe it is leaky caps?
