WatcomC + Tasm + Text Editor.
I mostly use a P133 for such things - it's neater with a 486 but the younger platforms are easier to "handle/manage".
Never really got into QBasic but I do remember it from school... we implemented "BubbleSort" with it if I recall correctly.
Isn't that the slowest possible sorting algorithm?
