Its More than enough Sound to fill the room and make it SHAKE and RUMBLE.
I use a boombox from 1986 with its included subwoofer to watch movies.
People are always astonished that it packs a pretty serious punch, despite of its age.
It's good enough to watch some movies on a projector with a few friends and get the cinematic feeling.
I guess I'm always looking for a more interesting and complicated way to shoot myself in the foot. Grabbed a SlingBox ProHD at a thrift, with digital tuner, hooks to network... well turns out they're nerfing their servers real soon and breaking crap. Well I didn't want no handy EPG anyway kthxdie. A hero has arisen though..

So one can cobble yer manky old slingbox into a plex setup, which is kinda what I was hoping for when I saw digital tuner and network in the same box anyway.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
I can really recommend The Old Man.
