Most interesting piece: A Voodoo 1 from Diamond. Gotta have to earn my name!
Lets hope it works or can be restored.

Just what I thought!
There was another lot from another seller. 10kg of scrap. Also with a Voodoo 1. But that went for 70€.
Also the moron ripped out the socket with the CPUs, cuz time is money! -.-

Would take more time to rip it out than to just take the cpu out, them sockets are sturdy.
Few days ago met another local retro-pc (and some consoles) person, who gave me a Trio32 VLB videocard, which was a good improvement over my CL-GD5429 based VLB card on my 486 pc. (Quake benchmark went from 16.1fps to 16.5)
Even though he just gave it to me, i promised that this is not the end of the deal and soon we'll find something i have and he needs. 😀
"640K ought to be enough for anybody." - And i intend to get every last bit out of it even after loading every damn driver!
Today I got the present of one of my colleagues, one Amiga 1200.
- Macintosh LC475, Powerbook 540c, Macintosh Performa 6116CD, Power Macintosh G3 Minitower (x2), Imac G3, Powermac G4 MDD, Powermac G5, Imac Mid 2007
- Cyrix 120
- Amiga 500, Amiga 1200
- Atari 1040 STF
- Roland MT32, CM64, CM500, SC55, SC88, Yamaha MU50
Wow, thanks for the photos ! I'm glad that it still works. It will serve you well ! 😀
I managed to pick up a Twin Turbo 128 graphics accelerator for PowerMac models that I don’t yet own. Sure it could be put in my G3, but there’s no point to that really.
My 7100/80 is nubus only as well, so literally nothing can put this to actually useful use.

Bought/won a pair of MediaVision LPT sound cards on eBay.

The yellowed one needs attention and the other needs a good sticker residue removal. Going to test them on a laptop that has a crappy sound card.
A good buy! I saw this listing, but did not realize it was for two devices.
Audioport has a Yamaha OPL chip and Sound Blaster support, but IIRC SB works only in Windows. Please keep us posted on testing results.
I got them this afternoon and sadly, I cannot find the drivers that'll work with WFW 3.11 at all. When I try to run the install program, it says to run the Multimedia Extensions first.
Any idea of how to fix that?

Not sure what the problem is. I tried to install the attached drivers to WIN 3.11 in DOsbox and they insatlled with no issues.
The only guess I have is that it needs Windows Sound System installed first.
I got it to install (the drivers using the control panel) after I got the power brick situation fixed.
Good news: it works in WFW 3.11
Bad news: doesn't work with DOS anything still and the install.exe doesn't work still.
I have a hunch that I need the 3 diskette set to get the adapter to work correctly.

I'm sure someone on the forum has a complete set. Cyclone3D IRRC had one.

The card works!
Working…. Eight days a week!

I received my last Mouser order today. Yummy organic polymer capacitors from Kemet and Nichicon for recapping two DFI K6XV3+ / 66 mainboards.
This Sun motherboard with 512MB SD-RAM and a 440Mhz UltraSPARC CPU...
The ATX connector looks like a very standard one, but it's not ... (or maybe I have to try an older PSU)

Working with a rusty memory here, haven't done it recently, but I think you need to go to control panel and install the windows components that support sound and multimedia. (Will need the disks or a directory with all the .cab files)
edit: derp, guess you did that, just read following posts.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

Nice board. The connector looks very similar to the ones Dell had: A Permanent Solution to the Dell 'Fake ATX' Power Supply Problem?

Sure it's not ATX? Did you have the AUX connector plugged in too? If not, that's your problem.
Here's a pic of an Ultra 10 with PSU hooked up:
And here's ATX pinout:
Perfect match with the ATX 1.x 20p connector. But that AUX-connector next to it is non-optional on the Sun systems.

Looking forward to receive my K6XV3+/66 back. 😀
Not exactly computer hardware or my own purchase, but a friend I forward stuff to from here in the UK just bought me 3 sets of metal shelving to finish reorganising my collections. An awesome gesture from someone I only know online.

Constantly being worked on. Feel free to message me with any corrections or details of cards you would like me to research and add.
