Well.. this is a blast from the past.
I did this back in the day before anybody was even talking about it. Saw that the Audigy 2 driver packs included support for the EMU10K chips and was like.. ok.. lame Creative.. let's just see if this works.. and it did.
Anyway, I dug up some old pages that talked about it as well as a guide on how to do it AND the driver patch file to add support for pretty much all the Live! and Audigy 1 and Audigy 2 cards, including OEM models out there.
Here are the models listed in the patch file:
Audigy 2 ZS Series : SB0360/SB0290, SB0350/SB0250 , SB0352
Audigy 2 (NON-ZS) Series : SB0240/SB0250, SB0243, SB0242, SB0244/SB0250/SB0280/SB0290, SB0245, SB0244, SB0320/SB0290, SB0249
SB Audigy 2 LS : SB341
SB Audigy : CT4820, CT0070, CT0072, SB0090, SB0162, SB0092, SB0161, SB0192, SB0191, SB0091, SB0095, SB0230, SB0231, SB0232, SB0238
SBLive! 5.1 : For SB0060, SB0100, SB0102, SB0101, SB0103, SB0105, SB0221, SB0222, SB0228, SB0226, SB0223, SB0229
SBLive! : For CT4670, CT4620, M002/M003, CT4780, CT1140, CT4830, CT4832, CT4870, CT4872, CT4831, CT4871, CT4760, CT4850
SBPCI 512 and SBPCI 256 will probably not work as noted in the foum posts and FAQ but are included anyway:
SBPCI 512 : CT4790, CT4820, SB0150
SBPCI 256 : CT4890, CT4891, CT4893
Here are the old forum posts and FAQ regarding how to do this:

Acquiring the other needed files is up to you until I decide to find them myself.
