Ok, just to update you all.
Installing the chipset Via driver 4.35 on the other hard disk, the Western Digital Caviar, in the Win98SE partition, run flawlessy.
All is running good now, probably the Seagate drive that I used before, wasn't fully compatible with the chipset.
To be honest, I never knew for a problem like this, but today I learned another thing.
