I buy this old one for retro DIY and benchmarking to get the best 486 system. It's come with a TI486DX2-80 but can not get working ( no display and I have plugged in a POST debug card and the code show "no" means CPU not work at all ), I pull out CPU and get it work on another Octek Hippo 10 mainboard with AM486DX2 jumper setting.

So, I am googling it hard by no any clue, anyone have this board or any hints about jumper setting is welcome.

It's look good, and no any jumper setting info on board.

Have you tried searching for it in "Total hardware 99"?

Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.

Such an interesting VESA mobo with only M1439 although it is usually coupled with M1445. Perhaps Internet doesn't know even the manufacture "Saint Electronics co. ltd"...

Motherboards had a lot of different names/"brands" back in the day. You have to look at the pictures, which looks like a lot of work but you can scroll through them fast if you remember the ram locations, slots and cpu placement.

It would be nice to read the BIOS chip by a programmer and search mainboard model by BIOS-ID extracted from the image.

Thanks to the retro computer community, I finally found a matching motherboard after many years, and got the complete jumper information.

The earlier post had M1439, and the later M1429G. Anyone know the difference between the two chipsets?
