What type of RAM do I need for this CL-GD5434 video card?

I'm not sure what type of RAM I need for this card... it has 1MB of memory currently so I assume each chip is 512K in size. I mostly just don't know what terms to use when searching for RAM; and typing the longer strings on the chips themselves certainly doesn't help in my search.
What kind of RAM is it specifically that I need?

Gateway 500S:
OEM Intel D845PT
Pentium 4 @ 1.80 GHz
256MB RAM
GeForce4 MX 440
SoundBlaster Live! CT4780
NEEDS MAINTENANCE

Pentimatum:
Gemlight GMB-P56IPS
Pentium MMX @ 166 MHz
32MB RAM

Alright, I placed an order for these chips. While I'm waiting for them however, I should ask which way they're supposed to go in the card once I get them. I noticed a slant on the chips themselves while looking at some images (which I assume is NEC's version of the typical notch) and a cut corner on the sockets; am I supposed to match these up?

Correct - I'm not aware of any 256K x16 SOJ-44 DRAM ICs that have text facing the wrong orientation.
