Video Seven was one of the bigger early video card vendors. Later changed its name to Spea.

Yours doesn't match any exactly, but EGA jumper & switch settings tend to be pretty standard. In particular, the first four switches are almost always the same as on the IBM EGA card, so yours set to off-on-on-off are for EGA enhanced (high-res). Don't hook this up to CGA monitor with these settings...

Neither of those have the 16K/64K jumper so they're not a match.

Yes, it's neither, but there is a good possibility the switches match. It's worth trying IMO. Hopefully you find the exact model's manual, but good luck either way.

Congratulations with the new toy. Just reading the words "Video 7" and "EGA" conjures so many memories. I recall how exciting and future forward it was upgrading from EGA to VGA at the time.

Out of curiosity, what is your method of cleaning? Your new board is definitely a candidate for a good bath. To what degree is it good practice to clean prior or after functional testing? I assume at least the terminals prior to firing up the first time.
