The DIP switch settings are often same as for IBM PC/XT.
Setting video settings to special, disabled or reserved might help.
I don’t remember it right now.

Which one should I use?

I think 5 and 6 should be OFF right?

I tried that and doesnt work, still no picture on the screen using couple different vga cards. Hmmm.

Both should be ON. The description is confusing. All combinations except "both ON" activate the video support built into the mainboard BIOS. The mainboard BIOS only supports CGA and MDA video cards. For all other cards with their own BIOS, you need to turn off the video support of the mainboard BIOS, so the mainboard BIOS itself supports "no video adapter". That's why it's written that way.

Are you aware that PC/XT keyboards and AT keyboards use different protocols, yet have the same 5-pin DIN plug? An AT-only keyboard will not work on an XT. Some keyboards from the late 80's / early 90's have a switch labelled "X/A" (XT / AT) or 8088/80286 or something like that on the back side. Setting the switch to the "X" / "8088" position will make the keyboard work with the XT.

There are XT keyboard converters..
