Yes it booted like a fast 486 or slow pentium. I tested with an ISA and a VLB video card and both worked fine back a few years ago.
Performance is about same as 486DX-100...

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Thanks - as thought - should be easy start - gpu, ram, cpu, some power "show us a picture"

well i do have now a VLB graphiccard - but no change
+ finally a Post-Card.

The cracked CPU is dead ! - as expected/feared
Board does start with a Hexcode, but dosnt move.

With my CPU it does start with the same Hexcode and does go a bit further and stops at Hex 67 / 65 - which seems/could be a lot...
Keyboard-Controller, Bios-Checksum, problem with Ram and who knows..

-------------

Edit :

i dont know..im...not sure, if i should by 2nd FPM ram - or even other cpu - do have enough cards or should retry some bios-flashes.

Sadly i got in some disagreement with the person i got it from.... "sadly" - ofc...that person is...was...manman..levering off the cooler, cracking the cpu and not telling me, ofc doesnt want to give any money back.. nor sees any error, with sentences like "worked before"...
ooh i bet it did and i do believe him 😀 ....and then he removed the cooler and cracked maybe something

I do auction it off i think, im a bit wasted from this, not sure if i want to try any further, spend more test-money - did already pay too much 🙁

Small thing on the side-quest ;

Got another board, for testing - he did not know if his board works, and as long i still have my Kit, i could test his board.
But his seems either more damaged, or the voltage-controller is down, since i can only measure max 3V going out there.

Bios is fine - i am very sure now - 2x Chips + the one i made = 3 chips - all fine.
I also got 2x FPM with parity - but no change on my board - in the manual you also find 32-Bit and 36-Bit - so parity should be not required.

Ah well, too much time and money - still could slap that guy hard in the face, from where i got my mainboard

Edit ; I did remove now this "mod" on the backside - since it doesn not seem original - and the Hexcode Error could be Keyboard-related.
I did not sees those parts on any other mainboard online - so someone must have soldered them decades ago on there.

I did remove em, but no change in Hexcode.
2x new pictures added, with those parts removed.
