I have a clean install of Windows 98 on my Compaq laptop. When I install the PCMCIA card, I get a popup that says there is no memory available to communicate with the device. The computer is configured with 32MB of memory, although I'm pretty sure it's referring to conventional memory. I have nothing in my config.sys to conflict.

Does anyone know why this card isn't plug and play? I'm also missing the drivers, if anyone has them. I'd love to get this working.

Is there a conflict in the device manager?
Or run msinfo32 and look at the memory ranges used.
