How to expose both Dream Synth and MPU-401 at the same time in windows ? I have setup all driver, I have sound through wave and JP14 is closed, in Windows' (98se) MIDI mapper I only have OPL3 and MPU-401. OLP3 give expected FM sound sound and MPU-401 enable Dream synth. But if I use a wave daughterboard I wasn’t able to use it because I need to disable Dream synth by opening JP14 before. Id Dream syhth is disabled, I can't use wave daughterboard and Dream synth at the same time.

Is it possible to use both at the same time? As is the case with a Sound Blaster AWE32, where you can use the EMU8000, OPL3 and MPu-401 at the same time.
