CPUs in "stock" section should be only at native frequencies, without reduced ones. For example at line 405, I see Pentium III Coppermine E 1000 with 100x7.5. If it's not a mistyping.
Unless owners of new chips disable speedstep and run at 39x on all cores at all times. I helped a friend do this with his I7-2600S and it worked fine and great.
