In what way?
Based on my limited understanding of computer code, the code itself is completely outdated, plus the control and lunar modules that these were written for is no longer in use (obsolete technology).

Such a thing would not stop one to get a hold of old obsolete technology for a cheap price and build a rocket powered weapon or something.
Most of nuclear weaponry is functioning on technology from 1960s/1970s.

Terrorist don't care of efficiency they care of a functional arsenal- for example.

Well, the way I see it, you still need to strap on some nuclear powered material or explosives to the front of your rocket in order for it to do any damage (and those items are a bit harder to come by).
Also, wouldn't the code apply more to near zero gravity situations and also for slow maneuvering? If you try and apply that code to earth conditions, your rocket probably isn't going to get very far before being shot down or, it might even just end up on top of your head 🤣 (this makes me think of all those Road Runner cartoons I've seen as a kid).

I understood that the Apollo 11 used discrete components that barely qualified as a "computer", not unlike the original Pong arcade machine.

This source code is not *secret*, it's a transcribe from a paper copy.

You need the correct hardware to run this code. There are emulators available and more information on the AGC can be found here (http://www.ibiblio.org/apollo/ForDummies.html).

Apollo code yeah, thats why i said flight/maneuver code in general 😀
They will probably ride the rocket them selves with an explosive vest 🤣

But still, this is pretty cool. I wonder how does Voyager source code look like.

Give it a few days and "Kangaboy" will somehow make up some lame argument about how the code was part of the whole fakery, just to make the whole program look believable. 🤣
