Cirrus Logic "eagle.com" utility
Used to directly control the features of their early video chipsets, pre-1992/pre-GD5420. Supports Monochrome and Color CRT, Plasma, LCD, etc... internal and external displays. Requires a minimum of Video BIOS v3.00.00
Only session based changes, once you do any kind of reboot/reset, all changes are lost.
Used successfully on a Tandy laptop to control the GD610/620 chipset and settings for the monochrome panel.
GD610/620 was a popular chipset in early 90's laptops and "portables"/luggables. On laptops it mostly appeared as an integrated chipset. On portables and luggables, despite running an internal display, the chipset appeared on ISA cards, with the "KS-750V" being the most common/well known ISA card.
Funny little bit of text at the beginning of the file, appearing to be a bit of commentary left by a Cirrus Logic programmer that made this utility, with suggestions on how to alter the file to force certain features if they don't appear in the menu driven system it uses.
