well mugen runs if you change the video mode in the configuration file of mugen

I recall that you have to select 8 bit and some mode 3 or so ?

but don't bother it's too slow.

IT runs ehuuuu but very slowly what can I do that it would be faster

use CTRL-F11 and CTRL-F12 to change cpu cycles.
Use some frameskipping > 1
Use dynamic core

which part of the it's too slow don't bother didn't you get ?

the conversion of 16->8 bit by the game is slow. and the game itself is demanding.
So unless you have 10 GHz machine I don't expect it to be playable.
Oneday we have native 16 bit support. Then it might be an idea to try it again.
