150-200w at the minimum. There are two types of companies that deal in PSUs. OEMs that actually make the supplies, and rebadgers that buy OEM supplies and slap their name on it.
The best OEM tends to be Seasonic. Corsair also makes supplies, but I think it's only their high end ones. You don't have to feel bad about buying rebadged supplies though. EVGA is a company that tends to pick decent mid range supplies.
Rarely should you ever skimp on a PSU, but if you absolutely must,. I have had good luck with cheap Logisys supplies. Few have broken that I know of, but not in my hands, and they didn't take any components with them
However if you can spare the cash, get a new Seasonic, or just keep yours. This is before the capacitor plauge really hit companies hard, so the supply should be fine for at least another decade or so.
