Have a look at this site: http://arvutimuuseum.ee/th99/#1.
You might be able to identify your motherboard by comparing the layout to the other motherboards.

However, based on the pictures that you've uploaded, I would say that this is only a 386 motherboard - it might support the Cyrix/TI 486DLC CPU's but, there are no 486 sockets (the unpopulated socket is for your math co-processor).

I looked for your board at Ultimate Hardware 19, the intended TH99 successor. I searched for that board using the filter "1 8-bit ISA slot", "6 16-bit ISA slots", "AMI BIOS". I didn't dare to include the Opti chipset into the filter, as I was afraid of missing your board in case it is categorized as "chipset unknown". Turns out, that fear was uncalled for, and if I had included the Chipset, there would have been only one result after filtering.

Your board is (a clone of?) the Shuttle HOT-307H: http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/4425

Leave it soldered. On this forum, the usual recommendation to dump the ROM is NSSI.

Be careful! There are two boards in this thread. The recent activity is about the Shuttle HOT-307H, your link points to the board originally discussed in the thread.
