Picked up an incomplete AT clone from Kijiji - it looks like it never had an internal hard disk or any floppies (all drive bay covers are present - no pics and ad is gone). Seems there's a card missing. It came with a CGA card, a modem, and what I suspect is an internal/external floppy adapter, perhaps some boffins can help me ID it?
Turns out it is a 286-10 with a fairly primitive BIOS. 1Mb RAM via DIP chips. Hercules card is mine, put in there to see if it'll POST.
So what kind of card is this?
These actually didn't leak past the battery holder. Good that it wasn't a barrel battery.
The CGA card:
I have a Type 1 MFM drive, or a Type 42 IDE drive, a low density floppy, and the monochrome monitor and card. I have all the parts to make this into a viable machine, although I'd have to look for a 1.2Mb floppy. The case is in great shape too.
