Looking for help with finding out ehat this is. All I can find look different and or have a different socket. Trying to find the Value of it. Thanks.

This is a promising looking 386dx upgrade to IBM BL3.
The BL3 cpu has 16kb level 1 cache and 2x/3x clock multiplier.
Can tick at 100+ mhz.
