Why there is no P330 midi port value with default value? Yes, i know you can modify it in the configuration file but i was wondering why.

IIRC, you can always add it (P=330), but I think that port 330 became so universal that people just ignored setting it in the "SET BLASTER" line and just presumed that it was always 330.
