...is total disaster! When I playing i have around 20fps. I starting with 75fps, but when I finish, I have 20fps.
I tried idea with Compatibily Administrator, but that was not any results.
Please help me, there is my computer data:
Windows XP Home Edition SP3
Intel Core 2 Duo E7400
2.8 Ghz
3,25GB RAM
NVIDIA GEFORCE 9800 GT
Edit: With bonus car I dont have any problems.

I think that problem is with this bonus car. Original cars should be set like bonus car.

You're probably using some old drivers. You'll have to use any version with numbers 25x.xx or 26x.xx for this game to work properly.

You'll have to limit the framerate. If your drivers do not have this option, you must create a profile for the game and force a very high AA mode. nVidiaInspector is a good utility for that, but the later versions seem to have issues in Windows XP. Don't know if they were fixed.
