Beware: some older bx boards do not support the low voltage the Tualatin requires. If your board does support around 1.5v you can use the upgradeware Slot-T. If not you need an adapter like the powerleap PL-iP3/T, it has it's own voltage regulator. Don't know about the linlin.
If your board does support the right voltage there is also a way to mod the cpu or fcpga slotket.
Also beware that the p3-s is a 133fsb cpu and 440BX will then run a 89mhz agp with a 133mhz fsb.
Not every agp card can handle that. Using a pci one solves this or use a Tualatin Celeron (100fsb) or downclock the p3-s.
Or ask here what people use for agp cards that can run 89mhz agp.
Use google, there is plenty of info about Tualatin on BX.
