Stopped working recently.
Replaced capacitors with fresh ones - still silence.
Tried it in 2-3 different motherboards - silence.
Any ideas ?

Time to upgrade it to pin compatible Savage 3D/2X!
I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.
There's something on the bottom memory chip, if it's metal it may be bridging two legs:
Other than that: does the S3 chip feel too hot? And can you try to dump the BIOS using a programmer to verify it's not corrupted?
Bad Video BIOS EEPROM?
Try booting with a PCI graphics card and see wether the AGP S3 is detected by OS.

What was the spec between the legs anyway?
You could also try cleaning the contacts with some rubbing alcohol. Worth a shot and I've revived quite a bit of seemingly dead hardware this way.
I think it was piece of thermal paste. Hard to say really.
Negative on agp recognition. Card is gone.
Try cleaning the contacts with an eraser.
Is it just dirt or a scratch?

This was me - slipping the soldering iron end while vacuuming the joint point for recaping.
Lighting makes it look much stronger than it is - it is a gentle scratch on the surface of the silk screen.
Good eye tho 😀
