It was an arcade game.
Mid to late 80ies.
Isometric, top-down racer. Vertical screen. Fast paced.
I think player drove a truck of some sort. Probably futuristic-ish.
The arcade had cool airplane-like steering "wheel", but that does not matter.
Player was able to shoot strange looking projectiles, at least how i remember them.
