What is that ribbon cable mess? You should be ashamed! (For raising people's expectations so high!)

Some PCs are untouched, some images are old - and I havn´t the motivation to clean up every PC from me 😁
I'm slowly getting through with my PCs too and my last one I built, the P166MMX, with central connectors on the motherboard will always look bad no matter how I lay the cables.

How would you like to come over some day, have a few beers, eat some pizza and do some cable management on my PCs? 🤣

I think the distance is a bit too far for that 😁

Comes to me in realy bad shape - fresh from the dump...
Some parts from the Mainboard were missing, brocken Case near the floppy space and to much dirt. Complete disambled, cleaning and more cleaning, solder the missing parts, bleaching and add a Gotek.

What is the maximum resolution on this? does it have a DOS-compatible soundcard? I have a 360Ce which maxes at 640x480 (nice) but without a soundcard, and the body and keyboard look exactly the same as your 370C.

370c = 640x480@256Color and no Soundcard > https://thinkwiki.de/370 or https://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Category:370C
To use 8bit deep color under Win95/98 you need the IBM Dos Vesa GPU driver in the config.sys

On the right is my LTE5000, which tbh I don't really use for gaming but it's helpful in other ways, for eg displaying walkthroughs in true 90's style, and anyway I just love how it looks!
great setup, very clean looking and the sound must be real good. i like the little 'game assistant' lte5000, that's a good idea!
Here are a few of my favorite retro's. I mostly collect retro and have a hundred or so.
Nice collection!! Is that blue case and old Alienware system?

Yes, I have a few of that style including an ALX. I also have some older ones. I particularly like the Antec/Chieftec style cases
Very nice! You have a very fun collection my friend

Thanks very much! I am really happy with it. I found the case NOS, was really fun building a 90's PC again from scratch but with some upgrades that I could never have hoped to afford back in the 90s!
