erm, i was thinking especially on say, lost vikings 😀 if anyone has it
Where did the "MT32 Demo" come from?
A nice idea (I like old game music!).
A lot of the early Sierra and Lucasarts adventure games had MT32 specific music. Quest Studios offers a lot of [Sierra] downloads but I don't know how they'd be with hosting them on the radio? Please ask them for permission.
www.the-inventory.org has had adventure game music streaming for a couple of years now and it's a really good solution (i.e. it's all too easy to close a web browser window but not so likely to close Winamp!). Obviously no good if you do not run your own server 😀
The mt32demo is from some webpage of a sounddesigner or so i found a while back while looking for mp3's of mt-32 music... I don't realy remember.

as for providing m3u or shoutcast stream... well, i kinda like the current setup hence i did it that way... still looking for more muzak
oh and the key benefit to the current method is... it streams across most company proxies 😀 (if they filter file extensions etc) o i can listen to it at the office.
I wasn't demanding a change, you're not obliged to do anything 😀
*g easy.
oh i added a bit of dune 1 and ultima underworld 2....

It's a demo by Tim Conrardy.
You wanted Lost Vikings? Give me a few minutes to record it, and PM me an email to send the files to.

Crap, I've had a lot of problems recording LV, sorry. I think you'll have to count me out for that for now.

easy.
still. if anyone has mp3 records i'd be game to put 'em up. mail me at curious@nurfuerspam.de if you like.
I've got something completely different, I've got beatles songs, xmas songs, and George Formby (a 1930's english jazz singer) songs for the roland mt-32...
Those would be nice to hear, can you put them online?
thanks, leaching now 😀
nice thing you have the mechwarior audiotracks. I love that OST. (Have it on cd but yeah, ogg/mp3 is preferable 😀 ).
using mt2gm I can help you enlarging A LOT your library! Just give me a GM midi and i'll record it with mt2gm and mt-32
This is a MT-32 thread, not a General MIDI one.
Read better. I was proposing mt2gm to make the mt-32 play GM midi's (which enlarges at any possible game while being mt-32) and record if curious_sle wants. Now I'm not saying that I'm the only one who can use it, but I'm just proposing.

You first.
Native MT-32 soundtracks only; no conversions.
