I've just added the svga patch.😁
It was compiled without problems and running fine (with the et4000 in settings there is a lot of "green" in all the colors, but this is not a problem for me).

A last little question: the exe is about 15MB, is there any "trick" for mingw to create a "small" output?

Seems to be a general problem. I have some cad here with the same issue.
