okay i made my directory c: for dosbox and im trying to do
cd descent and it wonlt let me change it so that i can do descent.exe to play descent can someone help??? and if there is an easier way to play on dosbox can u tell me please thx
What about telling exactly where the directories are and how you mount them?

what are frontends
and yah i saved descent to old games 2 in the c directory and i mounted that then when i go and try to do
cd descent
iy says descent cant be changed

Post the exact commands you used for mounting.

Did you type "c:" after mounting?

No, see the [autoexec] section of dosbox.conf
All commands entered there will be executed on startup,
so place your "mount ..." and "c:" things there.
