Not sure if this mem config works actually.
Better try two memory sticks and one terminator.

Also, failure rate of those P3C-D seemed sky-high. I had at least 7 in my hands at various times in the 00's and even with correct memory setup with CT-RIMM not one booted, retail or (more common) HP. Was very happy to find a retail board two years back that did work at last.
