I have the Asus P3c-d motherboard from an hp kayak, when I power it it shows the behavior of this video :https://youtu.be/8N40cGJSCI8

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Not sure if this mem config works actually.
Better try two memory sticks and one terminator.

Also, failure rate of those P3C-D seemed sky-high. I had at least 7 in my hands at various times in the 00's and even with correct memory setup with CT-RIMM not one booted, retail or (more common) HP. Was very happy to find a retail board two years back that did work at last.
