Where the "rear" arrow points? And compare it to the direction, where your rear vga port for example would be...

"Rear ->" points to the front so it is inserted backwards and now possibly damaged.

I checked on another computer and it's working. Displays BIOS codes on the screen.
The problem occurs on the 4DPS board - there are lines on it

I just found information that rev 2.0 does not work from BIOS 1.72 and must be 1.6
