you need to search for a file called SBCD.SYS (dont have a link try driversguide or similar)

In your CONFIG.SYS add the following: (if your booting from hdd and not a floppy change accordingly)

DEVICE=A:\SBCD.SYS /D:WINCDROM

Then modify your AUTOEXEC.BAT and add the following:

A:\MSCDEX.exe /D:WINCDROM /V

SBCD.SYS is not good enough for you?

Here are the official Panasonic CR-563 CD-Rom drivers.

Try 56X_DOS.EXE or this one. One of them should do it, I think.

You should also consider SBCD.SYS. If others report it to work, it must work.

I have also the drivers for this cd-rom..
