Most probably dead power supply (i'm 90% sure). If there was no bang when you turned it on, it's likely the mosfet on the 5V rail died.

We can't read your mind let alone want to and it is most likely a bad psu, AT power supplies while getting harder to find are still around as new old stock and also used at fair prices. Stuff gets old and will either go out with a bang or a whimper.

If you do go ahead and decide to replace the PSU, I'd recommend getting one of these. They're cheaper than most AT PSUs you'll find on eBay.

Might be a propriatary design or a SFX form factor. Single power connector with two rows of pins indicates an ATX power supply. Post a few pictures of the PSU and it's connector if you want more help.
