Caught a DFI Itox 586 (socket 7 430TX chipset).
From what little info the listing had, its got a 233 Pentium MMX and 32MB SDRAM.
Anyone know the fastest CPU this can handle? I'd love to drop a K6-2 in it but, from my reading, the 430TX chipset is picky above 66MHz FSB.
For those curious. It's gonna be a 98se rig.
Plans so far are to use my AWE64 Value and the onboard S3 Trio. 64MB of ram as well (Would it benefit to run 2 32MB sticks?). Also, is there any benefits to 100MHz ram or would 66Mhz be fine?
