IBM 380 Win-95b Networking NOT working.

Hello, I have an IBM Thinkpad 380 that I am having trouble getting the networking to work.
It has the original installation of Win-95b and I don't want to reinstall the OS because it has allot of original setup programs and demo videos on it.
I made backups of all the IBM programs just in case I have to re-install but I really don't want to I just want to get networking to work.

It uses PCMCIA cards for ethernet adapters.
I have installed 3com and Linksys ethernet adapters however I can not get them to work.
I think I am missing some networking files.
When I open network neighborhood I see nothing, and an error message pops up reading "network un-available, Check network connection".

My hardware is good and network is good. I have tested on other laptops and it works.
My Ethernet drivers are good and the IBM 380 recognizes the Ethernet cards fine.

So the problem lies between the Win-95b networking files and the Ethernet adapter.

Does anyone know what files are required to get networking to work?
Or how can I reinstall the networking files in Win-95b ?
Also what PCMCIA bridge files are required ?

Does Win95 says something at boot time? Or is there are any entries in the BOOTLOG.TXT about file not found errors?

I have not checked the NET.INF listing yet. How would I be able to reinstall all those networking files ?
Here are some photos of my Networking situation.

The Problem could be Missing PCMCIA card services driver in Device manager ?
Or Missing networking files or services ?

The Device manager says that the device is working correctly. This means that all required to use PC Cards is installed.

Try to remove or rename ndis.vxd, vip.386, then remove all network cards and modems and reinstall them. Windows should reinstall the network stack. Don't forget to enter a valid IP configuration.

Did you try to find the driver using device's Ven/Dev ID? On Windows 95 they can be found using latest versions of HWiNFO32.

Also, you may try to use other network services such as FTP or a web-browser. They are sometimes working even when the Network Neighborhood folder is not working at all. Try them.
