Right orientation SIPP module in 286 motherboard?

I've got this motherboard. It support SIPP memory modules, but there isn't any indication about pin 1.

I haven't got the manual ( I was looking for it with not success)

Any sugestions? What happen if I plug the module with wrong orientation?

In a recent similar thread it turned out that the modules have their power supply pins symmetrically. Thus in case of reversed insertion it is unlikely that you'll notice bad smells. It then just does not work, and you then know you have to try the other way around.
