A Wolf3D -> Golf total conversion would be something that I would try.

Speaking of golf... i'll just say there's some "tee" games that are golden. One of the taglines is "HIT STUFF". Examples should not be necessary 😀
Golden... ah, that's my cue for..
GoldenEye>>> GoldenEwe ... Top British Secret Agent.... Austin Powers... has stumbled onto an international sheep trafficking ring....
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
Hopefully he brought along an eponymous item from an id game...the Shear of Destiny! He's got a lot of wool to confiscate as evidence!
Back to the golf theme - Minks - those fur coats don't make themselves ...
Stonepeep - beware the voyeur golem!
Dragon's Pair - kick him right where it hurts

Actually, I would play something like that... though it wouldn't be a blank screen. The movements and controls would have to act sort of random though... kind of like in the movie, Helen Keller vs. Nightwolves in the diner scene. (not a kid friendly movie)
ZimCity - Either you are Invader Zim and you have to build a new civilization or you are defending your city against Invader Zim. Maybe you could play as either. There could be a dual player mode as well.
HotRot and HotRot 2. Instead of a racing game, all the females have turned to zombies and you have to somehow either eliminate them all (dooming the human race) or find a cure all while having to escape Earth because the Sun is about to go supernova.
Hemmings - Instead of having to save brainless Lemmings, this is a mind-numbing game where you are a tailor who does alterations.
Arkanoir - Break blocks while occasionally pausing and turning to speak directly to camera.
Super Mario Bris - Rabbi Bowser is on a mission and Mario is desperate not to lose any skin as he platforms his way to fully intact glory.

This is the greatest thread the internet ever produced.
Commander Teen - Can you save the universe with nothing but shrugs and icy stares? Whatever, I'll do it later.
Life? Don't talk to me about life.

It could work as a text adventure, since that's kind of an internal narrator "You feel a rough floor here, there is a breeze on your cheek."

Ultima VII - the back gate!
The Fast Ninja
Stardancer
Outlast
The Fig
2400 O.D.
Times of Love
Spare Rougue
Shadow Master
Cyberrage
Bioforce
Crusader: Mo' Regret
Baldur's Pate - An epic RPG of sorcery, questing, and hair loss.
Playing it may drive you to visit a desolate alien world and solve puzzles in order to obtain...The Wig.
Or maybe through exploring your family's house you eventually piece together the story of why your head has...Gone Dome
Either way, there is hope that, regardless of your condition, they'll be able to find some way for you to look your best down at...Callahan's Crosstime Salon
The Everending Story - You start at the end of the game and have to figure out the choices in reverse time that will keep you from dying. The whole game runs in reverse... like watching a movie backwards.
If you die, it starts over at the end again.. and there are a very large number of different endings where you die and only a very few where you live.
But unlike the original The Neverending Story, this game has been QA'd and it is possible to finish - or maybe it should be begin - it.

Joking aside, "Ultrahound" is actually a pretty awesome sounding name. It should be adopted for one of the GUS replica projects going on in this forum. Including the slogan! 🐶
