my computer room has two types of flooring that i run my chair over and i got cracks that are an eyesore. what in your opinion would be a good filler?

Best guess from me is that you get a urethane based caulk/sealant and mix a pigment in for closest match. Things like epoxy would be too hard in that surface and crack up, or cause cracking around them. Things like latex caulk/sealant would maybe be too soft and not durable enough.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
