Does anybody have any info on this card? I can't find any drivers specifically for it nor much info on the "dream" wavetable that appears built in. I did find ATC-930 as a possible model number after looking up the FCC ID but can't dig up any drivers specific to it. I'll try generic 930 drivers when I get a chance.

I have a generic OPTi 82C930 without the Dream chip. It's a very nice card.

The drivers that I use are attached in this thread: OPTi 82C930 review

PC#1: Pentium MMX 166 / Soyo SY-5BT / S3 Trio64V+ / Voodoo1 / YMF719 / AWE64 Gold / SC-155
PC#2: AthlonXP 2100+ / ECS K7VTA3 / Voodoo3 / Audigy2 / Vortex2
PC#3: Athlon64 3400+ / Asus K8V-MX / 5900XT / Audigy2
PC#4: i5-3570K / MSI Z77A-G43 / GTX 970 / X-Fi

Thanks, ill give those drivers a try. Anyone have any opinion on the Dream chips there or can anyone pick out the OPL chip? I tried Googleing the chips but none point to being an OPL clone that I can see.

OptI 930 has integrated opl3 clone (OptiFM). But some cards with Dream wavetable also use the Dream FM-emulation (Terratec Maestro 32/96 as an example). You then will notice it because Dream-FM sounds different to opl3.
The Dream 9233 is a solid wavetable with good rolandish sound, nothing wrong with it as far as I can tell. Generic OptI driver should work, as well as unisound. Make sure mixer settings are correct and aux isn't muted. Aktivate MPU401 at Adresse 330 and you should be ready to go with it.

You are probably thinking of the 931 model.

Most OPTi 930 cards that I've come across use 1:1 OPL3 copies, which sound identical to the real thing. Additional info can be found here: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/opl3-copies/
Assuming that website is accurate, this is what it says about the 930 chip:

Once again, the OPTi 82C930A does not include an OPL3 core (unlike its successor, the 82C931).

You're absolutely right - OptI 930 won't have internal OPL clone. I mixed it up with OptI 931 and 933. So yes if there is no external FM on this card it might be the Dream emulating FM. Here is an example / comparison of DreamFM on the Terratec Maestro (Dream SAM9233 as well but 4mb rom)
