Well, they aren't as rare as you might think... Many manufacturers produced both 64- and 128-bit versions.
I have Prolink FX5200 with 128-bit memory bus (like one here with bigger PCB: http://www.prolink-usa.com/english/product/vi … 5200-128ad.html). I've also seen 128-bit models made by Sparkle, Palit, Gainward and Zotac. They all are "regular", non-Ultra cards.
