Looking at the few grainy pictures of w32i cards that exist any more, you can see a spread of chips anywhere from 45-70ns. There are two (extremely expensive) cards on ebay right now with memory at 60 and 70 ns, and one of them doesn't even have any resistors between the W32i and the memory chips.

I found some 60ns FPM chips similar to the ones on those cards that I'm probably going to use on the card I plan to build. I'll probably socket the resistor packs like you did on your card and try different resistor values as well as zero resistance to see how the card performs.
