I still cannot find anywhere the CrossFire cable...any help is highly appreciated.

Top one is a normal XTX the other is a X-Fire version with the special port on the back, memory is a bit fuzzy but IIRC you need two X-Fire versions and the cable for it to even work.

Not sure if itll work with a standard XTX even if you had the cable for it.

I'm likely wrong as its been a long time since I used these cards but my memory keeps yelling at me that the top card isn't right for X-Fire. Im wrong, there are two versions of the X-Fire cable.

Apparently it can do X-Fire over the bus in software mode with any combination of cards so long as one is a X-Fire master card but its pretty limited. As for finding a cable ... now that is going to be a stretch, even Evilbay doesn't have any listed so you may need to actually buy a card with the cable ...hey at least that way you'll have a spare X-Fire card.
