In Aquamark VIA has across all resolutions a 2-4% advantage over nforce3 - still not enough to score a clear victory. ULI is extremely close , even overtaking VIA at 1600*1200 with a very small lead!

15. We go back in time to the only Directx7 benchmark: 3dmark 2000; all 3 systems are way overkill for any Directx7 test as we see in the results. Also Cool and quiet MUST be disabled in this test otherwise the CPU will just sit at 1000 MHz - and yes I did test all 3 systems with cool and quiet enabled and disabled

In this CPU limited benchmark we got no winner! Clearly you are not going to encounter any problem playing your favorites games from the late 90's on such a system!

18. Many people will consider 3dmark 2001 as the most important test for a system designed to play early 2000's games! A staple for all PC's from the 2000's with any operating systems - be it 98 or XP - it is considered a fundamental metric in all comparatives.
