For a post installation wizard tool, you could also check out the infex.exe (from SP3) as it is a GUI tool to trigger INF-files in the background for installation.

Throw together an ISO, with a massive pile of drivers and add-ons, and it's a win-win for everyone.
the problem with that prospect is drivers often reuse filenames and are incompatible with each other as the 2nd and 3rd generations of 3d accelerators happened.
