Used UNIFLASH to backup the bios. I didn't wanna remove the award bios label to figure out what chip I have for my programmer.
Bios Info: 07/18/96-ALI-1487/87-2A4KDP6GC-00

Also included is the Original Utility disk. I'm missing 2 files from the original disk due to bad sectors. Those files are only for WINNT and are listed in a file I created.

Use the included Utility Disk files(Drivers, Patches, or AWDFLASH) or bios backup at your own risk. I'm not responsible for what anyone does.

I will see if I can make time to scan that 80+ page manual next.

Good info and thanks ! Could you post pictures of the complete inside of the computer ?
Only owned one older SBC because the back plane plus other parts just made it more of a hassle than an actual AT style board and took up as much room as a mini tower with baby AT.
Maybe I just did not have the right parts....but I saw no advantage. Thanks !

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Mine came in the original motherboard factory box which is why I have the manual and utility disk. I don't have a backplane or case for it yet. Maybe one of the others can help you with that.

@vmswift
Thanks for dumping bios. It is a 6 days newer version than mine. Cyrix still doesn't boot with it, but I am happy that could setup properly Am5x86.

My bios with G6.

I read both the Bios properly with my Eprom reader. I identified the chips as Macronix MX28F1000P from the ID my programmer read from the chips.
The attached ZIP contains both Bios files. Named MX28F1000P_G7.BIN and MX28F1000P_G9.BIN .
