I got this thing in a box of random computer parts I picked up for cheap. No idea what it is, thing is big a chonker tho. It looks like a hard drive, but it has a front panel for some reason. I also don't recognize the connectors.

Anyone know more? What do I need to get this thing going?

It is a 20MB NEC MFM hard disk, ST506 interface. Googling the label would had immediately revealed that.

You need an ST506 MFM controller with its cables, a suitable computer to put it in and a bit of reading on how to initialize such a drive.

From some quick reading on MFM drives it seems this thing is pretty darn old. I guess I'm not gonna find Windows on here
