Hello all!

I'm wondering if anyone has worked on a Toshiba NJD-3715 power supply. This belongs to a T6600C luggable.
The issue is that there is almost zero signs of life. There is voltage going in, then it stops. Checked and replaced bad caps, some dead ICs, checked fuses and nothing. Not even a hint of power on the low-voltage side of the board.
I'm wondering if anyone out there has some advice as to what could go wrong on these boards, other than the usual caps. I, and two others, have spent nearly 6 months trying to figure out what may be bad and couldn't figure it out.
